Is the cooltec fta bin 127 an active fta bin ? and is it good for the cooltec 4000 pro ?

Smile cooltec 4000 pro no new fix yet
yes it will work on the cooltec 4000 pro . but you will only be able to recieve the locals, (eg. abc denver, nbc new york, cbs detroit and so on.) the new fix is not out yet for these machines. p.s. soon i hope
