Looking for a Fix for Digiwave 7200S

Could anyone tell me is there is a fix for Digiwave 7200S. I have lost all channels and I keep seeing UPDATING on the left hand corner of my TV screen. Please tell me how do I resolve this issue. Please give me as much details as possible since I am very new to this stuff. Let me know what kind of cables etc I would need for my Digiwave 7200S
