any help please

i recently purchased a dreambox 500s i connected it and everything seemed to be working but when the skinchange came up it said to reboot and i said yes but now it will not come up to anything can not even turn it off with the remote or manual it only blinks and makes a beeping noise and that is it any help would be appreciated i can not send it back to anyone because io am overseas
