Dreambox 600T

I am waiting for the postman to deliver my dreambox,should come in the next few days I hope. I have being reading up on how to "flash" the box.I am more confused than when I first started.Please will some of you people guide me slowely.What is the best image for my "T" box and cam I hope you can make sense of this request,it dosn't make sense to me now What I mean is Please helpe me
