How to ftp rqcamd PLi package to Dreambox

I just got my new dreambox DM 500-S and loaded the Pli Iolite image.
Could someone please help me? How I can use dcc to ftp rqcamd PLi package to dreambox step by step? As I never done it before.I tried to find the instructions in how to section but no luck.
