Guys after I install a hard drive in my 7020 what file system do I format the hard drive to ?

You will have to format it into: ext 3

The command to do that is:
mkfs.ext3 /dev/ide/host0/bus0/target0/lun0/part1

To be able to record movies, after formatting, create a "movie" folder on the hard-disk. The command for that is:
mkdir /hdd/movie
