Joeschizo's VS7000 PVR Sat File and Channel List


These files are for the VS PVR7000! I believe it is the first custom list for the PVR7000 ever posted. Many thanks to SharpC for making this possible!

Remember to set your LNB's to your paticular configuration after loading. The default setup on these files is for Legacy LNB's, with 110-Diseqc #1; 119-Diseqc #2; 91-Diseqc #4. Both tuners A and B are "on" (just turn off the LNB power to Tuner B if you don't use it)

Tested and Working, this list contains locals for:

Evansville, IN, Louisville, KY, Knoxville, TN, Montgomery, AL, Birmingham, AL
Cincinnati, OH, Columbia, SC, Chattanooga, TN, Savannah, GA, Huntsville, AL,
Macon, GA, Kingsport, TN

(Conus)
Denver, Atlanta, New York, Los Angeles, Chicago,
Boston, MA (if you receive Nimiq 91)
Seattle, WA (if you receive Nimiq 91)

If you've used my other channel lists, this is basically the same.

Note: The .sat file is a reduced version of Scooter's. It contains only 61.5, 91, 110, and 119. If you receive any other satellites than that, don't use it.

Here's how to load these:

You have to use the "PVR Loader" program to load the sat file via the serial port.
(for some reason, all sat files must be loaded this way)
Just power off the PVR, open the file with "PVR Loader", hit PC>STB, and power on the unit. It will load in just a few seconds.

The channel file can be loaded in the same way, or you can use USB Explorer to transfer the file, and then load from the "Upgrade File List".
