Here is a very clean and up to date as of last night, for 91,110,119.
No dups, locals for most of the southern US (NC,SC,Ga,TN,AL,Fl , etc.)
I have also included the channel master project file as well as the. cha and .sat files and maybe one more to help you out..look at it.

Works for both the Xtreme and Plat. recievers..

Sure fire way to quick tv...
1)factory default
2) load latest bin
3) load the .sat file
4) load the .cha file
5) load op file
6) watch tv.....

You may also export this list from the CM project to any other flavor of receiver you may require if supported by channel master ( Pansat,coolsat,etc...)
