Fix for Fortec Star Lifetime Ultra ??

Hello
Just wondering if theres a similar fix for the Fortec Star Lifetime Ultra as there was posted for the Fortec Classic. (loss of HBO and Adult, etc)Sorry for the new post but that post was closed.

this post here on channel list should fix your problem on missing channels from hbo adult ect as long as you have a bin running from chancy thats a auto roll or a manual bin with latest keys good luck http://www.dtv100.com/forums/showthr...7745#post17745

also if you need the keys for all four lines click portal on top of the forum will show u the keys same rule applied to all receivers not just the classic

my friend hasa fortec lifetime ultra and im fixing it for him and it has a old bin file and which file will work with it now

Is there a way to enter both sets of keys. Current and new keys in the stream. I'm also using an old bin t256 bin 12 hrs clock fix. that is still working but missing the channel s that moved to the new charlie keys.

chancy fix the autoroll killer bin problem u should moved to the new autoroll bin from chancy and here is the link for that http://www.dtv100.com/forums/downloa...do=file&id=228

if u use the bin above along with the channel list that i posted above downaload as bin the channel list then u should have tv unless u own a dishpro which u have to set your dish settings and then convert the channel list above to dishpro in channel master do each sat.. Once loaded and if u see bad channel then u have to go into menu to cas control menu to second option on cas pin or last then input four 0.s then select the option for set default keys..

note if you havent input a channel list and u havent done your sat settings either one will work but u have to one or the other to get the cas menu to work..

been running this auto roll since it came out works good besides on channel 218 is the only nag cannot seem to get that fix..

time to move on u said how to input all keys when u go into the dish key settings on cas or whatever bin u using it change a little on that but go down to key number when You first get there should be on 00 if it is thats your first 2 lines on keys now on remote while u there and if its highlighted click arrow right once on key number this should take u to 01 line which is the last 2 lines now u have all four lines.. good luck hope this helps

Thanks so much for all your help and patients with my questions. Did everything you said, and wouldn't you know all channels back. much better bin than my old 256t. This guide seems to be better as well as the overall look and setup. Thanks again for all your help.

Just curious if there's a way to have the channels numbered in proper order. I have previously went through (months ago) and properly labeled all my channels and had them in the order I preferred. They are all still in the same order however on the receiver screen it might go 111, 112, 113, 1825, 9025,9026, 302, and etc. I was reading the channel master instructions but either I'am missing it or its not available.

on these bins if you want your order thru channel master press sat on remote and the select all channels if you want dishnet work package then press sat then echostar package this is what i prefer then it all stays the same down the road then any channels i prefer i have the favorites set up for it the channel list I posted that u downloaded i think has favorites set up already but u can change that in channel master if you like then just redownload back to receiver...
