How to update channel lists to transponder changes

c&p from another site,thanks goes to typhoon2004

How to update channel lists to transponder changes

I don't know if this is the right place to post this, but I will tell you how to update a channel list to reflect any transponder changes-

You need:

hxxp://www.lyngsat.com
-(FOR 110: hxxp://www.lyngsat.com/packages/dish110.html )
-(FOR 119: hxxp://www.lyngsat.com/packages/dish119.html)
Channel Master software ( hxxp://www.sharpc.com/CM/update.aspx )
A channel list that needs transponders to be switched.

1) Open channel master, and open your channel list.

2) Now, on the left side,, expand Satellites.

3) click on your satellite you wish to update (110 or 119 usually)

4) Select the channel that is being scrambled or changed/edited.

5) right click on the channel, click "Find Transponder"

6) It should be something like 12399. 12399 is "13". You may use Lyngsat or my list below to determine this. Drag the channel to a new transponder on the left. ***BE SURE TO KEEP THE CHANNELS ON THE RIGHT SATELLITE WHEN U CHANGE TRANSPONDERS***

7) move on to the next channel.

8) when you are done, save your list and load. Enjoy!

I'll say this again... You *will* have the same transponder number for different satellites. you will need to switch satellites to change the transponder of a channel that is on a different satellite. Do not change its satellite unless dishnetwork seriously changed it from one satellite to another (unlikely).

Transponder list:
-----------------
1 - 12224
2 - 12239
3 - 12253
4 - 12268
5 - 12282
6 - 12297
7 - 12311
8 - 12326
9 - 12341
10 - 12355
11 - 12370
12 - 12384
13 - 12399
14 - 12414
15 - 12428
16 - 12443
17 - 12457
18 - 12472
19 - 12486
20 - 12501
21 - 12516
22 - 12530
23 - 12545
24 - 12559
25 - 12574
26 - 12588
27 - 12603
28 - 12618
29 - 12632
30 - 12647
31 - 12661
32 - 12676

Enjoy...
