The following is the whole jtag package to revive your v3.0 for the current autoroll. This jtag package is for the dead v3.0 or the one has bin 3.11 or 3.12.
if your orasat has the bin prior to 3.11 and / or 3.13you don't need to do jtag but just down load bin 3.16 and it will be fine. ...
