Site Rules
Welcome to Dtv100.com. We hope you love our realm. We reserve the right to revoke user privileges in order to maintain a website that is pleasant for everybody.
In order to post in these forums you are required to follow certain rules.

Rules
1.No personal flaming or bashing. Do what you wish by PM but it will not be tolerated on the forums. This will get you in trouble and we will enforce this rule. Remember we are all here to learn and have fun.
2.No continued behavior that disrupts the site's goal of fun, good information, and friendly help.
3.No unauthorized advertising or spamming for other DSS sites. You know what we mean, no come to http://www.+xyz.com !! This includes spamming via private messaging. This will get you banned without warning. We are not joking, this place is not a place to do business.
4.No web addresses or links to Dave , Dishnet or any other Dss site. all Dealer Inquiries should be in the Dealer Inquiries section with no link.
All question about sites own by Dave should be in the Rumors and Speculation section with out no link .
5.No web addresses or links to DONATION SITES
All question about sites ask a MOD first .
6.URLs are permitted for none of the dss/echo sites. Other useful link, feel free to post them on our forum. but Still we reserve the right to delete any URL.
7.Search. Use it, it is there for a reason. Check it before you post a question. It can save you lots of time in your efforts to find an answer.
8.Post in the correct places. We will move your post if you stick it somewhere it should be and don`t post new thread for a already posted thread.
9.No cross posting. Post your question once in the appropriate forum. It will get answered. Putting a post in more then one place pisses people and the mods off.
10.All Pm's sent to Mods or Admins that can be asked and answered in the forums will be ignore.
11.No posting of personal information, your's or someone else's. This is for your safety, not ours.
12.No 'Me Too' threads. Use PM and email.
13.No Begging - No begging for files or scripts. You may post a thread requesting it, but don't harass anyone to get it.
14.No questioning the rules - Do not question our policies. They are here for a reason. We are trying to make this experience as easygoing as possible.
15.Respect the Administrators ,Super Moderators and Moderators.Our Staff are here to help you and help keep the site running smoothly. Public or email abuse will not be tolerated. Please email any problems to the Administrators. Violators will be subject to loss of posting privileges.
16.No rumors, he said she said...etc.. POST FACTUAL STUFF ONLY in Forum or use the Rumors and Speculation section Only for that Kind of Thread.
17.Before go to chat room read the Rules Of chat Room.
18.Signatures. No HTML code in your Signatures PLEASE or a MOD will remove it .
19.we reserve the right to delete any thread not active for more than 30 days.
20.no spam on forum or pm this will get you ban fast .
21.Reviews= to post a review about any FTA you need to read the FTA rules and how to also a minimum of 20 post
22.For buy and sell check rules before any trade.

Buy and Sell Rules
1. All Equipment have to be set Factory default option. Don't sell or buy any Item that is modified. That is illegal and you will be banned from the site .
2. Buyers must provide payment to seller and soon as possible or contact seller for any arraignment.
3. Seller must send items soon as possible or post in ads when it will be shipped.
4. No one is buying or selling to Dtv100.com we are not responsible for anything you buy or sell. We have nothing to do with sellers since we don't sell any kind of units. .
5. Please leave feedback so other members know how things went .
6. Any scammer will be banned from the site and posted in a list of scammers.
