Well the latest is (this is proven to correct) that the N3 rom card (241) at least have been compromised in europe and it is freely being dumped and written too and it is openly being shared on European forums. Also seems European are laughing at the north American of keeping this hidden and not sharing and saying being greedy over here. It seems N3 hack is very private over here, but this would mean the FTAs are getting close to a N3 standalone bin. It was not for the greed and money then we would have fixes here by now for stand alongs.

Its awful being living in North America. Where has the old school of thinking gone too. in Europe its about testing and free spreading of info unlike here where money and greed holds the progress.

Well go ahead and go to several European forums specially if you understand German and Spanish and read for your self.

I also got this from a very respected mod at a famous FTA site whom does not like nonsense posts and is harsh on rumors. Also he stated the reason why viewsat is late on the n3 fix is because due to the slow business of viewsat fta sales lately they do not have the big cash to buy dump and hack to use in their fixes and are doing themselves which will take good while. So as of right now it all depends on how good viewsat and fta coders are.

If this was europe the free sharing on card dump and info would have emanate we had fixes for n3 right now. What a shame.

that is a shame, and it seems obvious veiwsat sales would be down, who would buy a new reciever before any sort of fix? i'll bet once a standalone fix is released sales will definately spike

Well said! Who will buy a new receiver when there is no fix out for Nagra3? I am basically in the same situation waiting for the fix to come out before I will commit to make a new purchase.

If they come out with a fix, i personaly buy 2 Max HD. For the money, they are the best STB out today.

All channels have finally went to N3. Know we just have to set back and wait and see who will release files first. The word is that Viewsat is getting close on a new fix. Please stay tuned for all te latest N3 news.

If any fix come out you will find it here. You don't have to go in any other sites.

you can definately trust what gugi says, he's one of the most knowledgeable people in this hobby. as for that site, i wouldnt trust any sight emailing me to become a member, could be a scam to make money off bogus membership or a site controlled by provider. currently if anyone claims to have a file its a lie.
