viewsat Problem

i have a problem with my viewsat hopefuly someone can help.. i have bin number 070202x, and autoroll is off. I enterd the key code posted above but still nothen, ive used this site many times to retrive new keys. To the left of my signal stregth bars the S green and Q yellow ot says NO video or audio and the screen is black. Ive checked and changed my connections and everyting seems to be fine. Am i all alone in scared in the dark by myself here or anyone else have this problem?

Why do you have autoroll off with that bin? Turn it on and let it roll auto allow about 5 minutes for keys to autoroll.
Also, there is a new bin out for these, so use it and all should be good.
