Need Advice Please

I have a Rom 102 card at Rev 103 I did get it to open I also have a matching Xsub IRD that it came with the problem is that I cant get the Box Keys from the IRD No Jtag can I get the box Key from a read off the Rom 102 card and is there a program I can put on this card that will open it up to all the channels Iam kind of new at this Dish stuff so please bear with me asking this questions

matching IRD/Cam In such a case is much simpler. Don't need to do vidmod if is an Ird that would require it. Just open the 102. Then Using DT TierWorks do all the good stuff (set expiration date, set time zone, set your locals, set your common tiers, PPV tier, etc.). Always make a backup of original card image. Patch card image with DT TW. Apply your favorite Blocker (Penga's ver 22 for example) and finally write to card. Put in Ird and watch TV.
